Return Conditions:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact

• Proof of purchase required (e.g., order number or invoice)

How to Return:

1. Email us at returns@wembley.co.uk with your order details.

2. We’ll guide you through the return process.

3. Ship the item back to our returns address (provided via email).

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Important Notes:

• Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit — we recommend using a tracked service.
